Botox Injections at Regen Wellness Clinic

Mobile Botox/Xenomin $14/Unit

Botox/Xenomin/Dysport are cosmetic drugs that temporarily relaxes your muscles. It uses onobotulinumtoxin A, a neurotoxin produced by bacteria called Clostridium botulinum.


Botulinum injections are considered safe. The injection uses a diluted amount of toxin to stop muscles from contracting which helps wrinkles soften and relax.


Botulinum injections are a temporary procedure. The benefits of botulinum can last up to 4 months. Wrinkles may start to return in 2-3 months. The effectiveness of Botox will last longer with successive treatments.


Results of your treatment may take up to 14 days to take full effect, although many start to see benefits in 3-5 days.

Note that any bumps or marks will go away within a few hours. If you do develop a bruise, it will resolve like other bruises you have had in about a week. There is occasionally some mild pain, swelling, itching, or redness at the site of injection, similar to most other injections. Redness may last for 1-2 days, rarely longer. You may apply cold compresses or acetaminophen (Tylenol) to reduce swelling or discomfort.

Thing's To Do

Gently exercise your face for 2 hours after injections. This will help the treatment to be more effective by increasing the uptake by the targeted muscle groups.

Keep upright for the first 6 hours



You can gently apply light make-up after treatment but use a light dabbing motion instead of a rubbing or spreading motion.


Apply ice for any discomfort

The Dont’s

  • Do not rub or massage the treated area and avoid make-up if possible- may lead to migration of Botox
  • Avoid sleeping on your face the first night- remain upright for 4-6 hours after injections
  • Do not exercise or partake in any strenuous activity for the next 24hrs Avoid excessive alcohol consumption for the next 24hrs
  • Do not have any beauty treatments on your face e.g. facials, facial massage for 2 weeks- this may cause the injected solution to spread to nearby muscles.
  • Avoid exposure to strong sunlight, very cold temperatures, and saunas for 24 hours
  • Do not lean forward, shower or cook over a hot stove for 12 hours post injections
